Dave Goodban

Flintshire Chronicle

Monday 23 Jul 2012

A MAN has been warned he faces imprisonment after police found cannabis with a street value of £98,000 in a factory in Flintshire.

Jason David Lee, 42, of Gwynfryn Avenue in Rhyl, is charged with producing the class B drug at a unit on the Drury Industrial Estate in January.

Lee admitted the offence and possessing herbal cannabis with intent to supply when he appeared in the dock at Mold Crown Court on Saturday.

Judge Peter Heywood bailed him pending sentence in August. An investigation under the Proceeds of Crime Act is also taking place to enable police to seize some of Lee's ill-gotten gains.
