Cannabis used in pain tests
The Oxford Times Saturday 22 Dec 2012 Researchers gave a pill including a cannabis compound and then applied a cream to their skin which causes a burning feeling. The 12 participants then underwent an MRI scan to see how they responded. Lead researcher Dr Michael Lee said: “Cannabis does not seem to act like conventional pain medicine.
