US: CA Dems To Feds; Back Off Cannabis

n what is becoming an increasingly cannabis friendly state the California Democratic Party passed two resolutions on Sunday, July 21.
The first resolution calls for the feds to back off on enforcing federal anti recreational cannabis laws in Colorado and Washington State and medical cannabis laws in the 19 states and Washington DC where it is now legal.
The second calls for the California legislature to enact laws guaranteeing access for all patients to medical cannabis throughout the state.
