Prosecuting Inspector Nikolai Sant told the court how officers of the Rapid Intervention Unit patrolling the Sliema area observed two foreigners acting suspiciously. The officers stopped the two and searched them. Traces of cannabis, amounting to less than a gram were found on one of the suspects. Hussein Adbullah Ramadan admitted to having sold the Cannabis resin to the other man.
