UK: 'What victim?' asks cannabis user fined by Cambridge magistrates GARETH MCPHERSON Cambridge News Saturday 18 Jan 2014 Hedley Leek, 42, was fined £100 for having 25g of the class B drug on May 5, 2012. Magistrates also told himto pay £85 costs and a £20 victim surcharge. Leek interrupted chairman of the bench Dr Christine Shaw as she sentenced him to ask her “what victim?”.
