UK Guernsey: Calls For Cannabis To Be Legalised

A group of islanders are calling for cannabis to be legalised.

A Walk For Weed is planned for this weekend to back up a petition calling for a States debate on the issue.

They are citing medicinal benefits as well as ways of boosting the island's economy as reasons for doing so.

We'll be exploring the issues throughout this week - with one of the organisers who told us there are a number of things to consider.
