UK: Drugs charge pensioner chooses Crown Court (Eric Mann)
Western Telegraph Wednesday 23 Jul 2014 Eric Mann, 71, of Harbour Way, entered no plea to possessing a quantity of cannabis oil. He also declined to enter a plea to a charge of producing 12 cannabis plants, with an estimated street value of between £5,970 and £9,680. Magistrates accepted jurisdiction of the case, but Mann elected to stand trial at Swansea Crown Court.
