Serbia: Minister of Health supports the legalization of marijuana for medical purposes

Belgrade. Minister of Health of Serbia Zlatibor Lon?ar will open a public debate on the legalization of marijuana for medical purposes, Serbian online edition Telegraf reported.
"The ministry would not prevent the introduction in medicine of anything that gives results for treatment, including marijuana. There are results showing that cannabis gives good results in medicine. We do not want to make decisions for one day, though. We want to meet people with all the details," Zlatibor Lon?ar said.
