 Susan Kramer: Tried cannabis at university



The Liberal Democrat candidate for London mayor has become

the latest politician to admit smoking cannabis as a student.



Susan Kramer, 49, told BBC Radio 4's Any Questions programme

she "certainly in university took the occasional puff".



Her admission came during a question about former Northern Ireland

Secretary Mo Mowlam's recent revelation that she had inhaled

marijuana as student.



A spokeswoman for Ms Kramer said she had been a student at

Oxford University.



"She is pro a Royal Commission (on cannabis) and she wants more

facts to come out about it. It would look to find out the facts and

figures that are available and then take it from there."



Earlier this week former Tory minister Neil Hamilton revealed that he

had smoked something that could have been a joint during an interview

with TV comedian Ali G.
