CISTA announce fifth London candidate

Say hello Sammy Herzella who will be standing for CISTA in Streatham. An entrepreneur, filmmaker, music producer and DJ, we're delighted to have him on board.

After graduating from London College of Communication in 2009, Sammy founded Artificial Beast, an independent record label, blog and tastemaker. The site has documented a vibrant subculture of London's boundary-pushing music producers and artists, showing their growth over the past five years.

After playing on NTS radio last year, Sammy has hosted regular events across London as a DJ and has played two shows in 2015 on Balamii radio, providing an authentic reggae soundtrack for the streets of London.

Sammy had this to say:

"I want to engage those who are disenchanted with the political process. I hope to demonstrate that it is possible to have a voice in the shaping of a truly democratic and representative society."
