Netherlands: Coming up: Coffeeshop owners speak ou

The Dutch association “Platform Coffeeshop owners in the Netherlands” (PCN) held a conference in order to unite the coffeeshop community, and to make a strong stand against the current cannabis policy of the Dutch government.

Over the last years the once so tolerant and revolutionary coffeeshop policy has changed into a war on cannabis. While the rest of the world is ending this war, Holland is starting one. This, among other things, resulted in the closure of almost one thousand coffeeshops, as well as in a decrease regarding the quality of cannabis and hash. Dutch cannabis entrepreneurs cannot take it any longer.

During the conference, coffeeshop owners and some high profile experts united to speak out against the government and to discuss alternatives. Cannabis News Network will present a video on this important conference tomorrow. Stay tuned!
