Netherlands: Dead at 27 - The Legendary Amsterdam Cannabis Cup

World famous and ground-breaking Amsterdam Cannabis Cup has been relegated to the history books; "Farewell Tour" planned.

New York, NY, October 25, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Like Jimi Hendrix, Jim Morrison, Kurt Cobain and other famous rebels before it, the legendary Amsterdam Cannabis Cup has died at 27.

Since 1988, the Cannabis Cup was hosted every year in what has been the cannabis capital of the world - Amsterdam Holland.

But there will be no 28th annual Amsterdam Cannabis Cup in 2015.

Event organizers have unceremoniously canceled the Amsterdam Cannabis Cup, giving no official reason.

In response to this historic cancellation, Amsterdam Trips LLC is offering a replacement 'Farewell Tour' to Amsterdam to experience its best coffeeshops -- past winners of the Cannabis Cup. This special one-time only event will take place on the traditional Cannabis Cup dates during Thanksgiving week.
