UK: Majority of Evening Mail voters say police should turn a blind eye to cannabis use

AVON and Somerset police has become the fifth force in the country to say it will turn a blind eye to cannabis use if it is for personal consumption.

The force follows Durham, Derbyshire, Dorset and Surrey in saying they will focus on targeting the dealers and producers of the drug, rather than the users.
