US: No THC in Hugo's water; Test kits were false positive, authorities say April Schildmeyer The Denver Channel Saturday 23 Jul 2016 An investigation into the water supply started after a local company testing its water found THC, the active ingredient in marijuana. The Lincoln County Sheriff's Office said field testing kits were brought in to check the water supply. Six of the those 10 water samples also tested positive for THC. The Sheriff's Office announced early Saturday that those test kits provided a false positive result.
