UK: Gone To Pot viewers in hysterics as Pam St Clement smokes cannabis with nuns: Lauren Meechan The Express Tuesday 14 Nov 2017 The new ITV documentary sees a bunch of celebrities including Pam, Loose Women’s Linda Robson, former darts player Bobby George and ex-footballer John Fashanu travel the United States to explore the legalisation of marijuana. And during the first episode, they visited the Sisters of the Valley who grow their own cannabis plants mainly to produce cannabis medicine but they also use it for recreational use. Pam, 75, - who played Pat Butcher in the BBC One soap - was the first person to accept a cannabis cigarette off the nuns, with many calling the scene "TV gold". After the experience, the actress said: “That first puff with the nuns after a few minutes you get a relaxed feeling.” Bobby, 71, found the situation surreal as he told the camera: “It was weird to see Pat Butcher, that’s her name ain’t it from EastEnders, smoking a joint."(sic) Those watching the show found the scene hilarious as many were gobsmacked at the turn of events. One person wrote on Twitter: “Pat Butcher is about to get stoned with stoner nuns. This is not a drill. #GonetoPot.” “#GoneToPot is the programme that I didn’t know I needed in my life but it has most definitely made my day,” said another. A third amused viewer commented: “Never would have thought this programme could work but it had me in stitches. Pat Butcher smoking a joint with a group of nuns absolute tv gold #GoneToPot." While another added: “Pat Butcher smoking a spliff with a group of nuns is quite possibly the funniest thing I’ve seen on TV this year #GoneToPot." http://www.express.co.uk/showbiz/tv-radio/879257/Gone-To-Pot-Pat-Butcher-Pam-St-Clement-weed-spliff-ITV-Linda-Robson
