New Zealand: Wellington cannabis club founder raided again

Stuff.co.nz

Friday 20 Dec 2019

Fresh charges have been laid against the founder of The Daktory cannabis club Dakta Green.

Green, who was charged in August with charges of possession of cannabis and cannabis baked goods for supply, has further charges about supplying cannabis and cannabis oil at a Cambridge Tc address.

He asked Wellington District Court judge Denys Barry on Friday to amend his name on the charging documents.

He had been charged under the name of Kenneth Morgan but asked for it to be changed to Green.

Police opposed bail for Green.

His lawyer, Michael Bott, asked for him to be granted bail.

The judge bailed him to a February date to match up with the previous charges.

Green has not pleaded to the new charges.
