Wachtel, who at his last court appearance before Plymouth Magistrates on June 26 gave no fixed abode as his address, is also charged with possessing 102.86 grams of cannabis resin with intent to supply.

No pleas were entered at his last hearing and the court directed the matter be heard at Plymouth Crown Court.
