BOTH TEST CASES successful for possession of 1 and 6 ounces ???????????? Even tho we’ve recorded the duty solicitor telling our kid ‘go guilty cos the evidence is overwhelming’, the prosecution did not to give ANY evidence in both cases because of our submitted defence, evidence and evidence requests - it’s getting impossible to prosecute without a serious court conflict ????????
?
So they’ve said they don't want our legal action but they didn't know about the test cases. We have proved to Chambers that we can afford all the legal actions and the costs have been accepted - the pressure on the government has never been so strong. The judicial system is at breaking point and even without legal action, if everybody uses a similar defence to these cases there will be no more prosecutions?????????

Defences are being made public soon incase they try play games with the first court date for judicial review, but for now remember what I always say; ?

1 - ACCEPT NOTHING / DISPUTE EVERYTHING ???? ?
2 - REQUEST EVIDENCE FOR ALL CLAIMS MADE ????
?
At the end of this month, the legal services are ready and running. If you get in any trouble at all we go to @outlawlegalaid for free representation and defences, or go to the @outlawprosecutionservice to sue the police / receive compensation and ill pay the legal costs if you lose ?????????
