AUSSIE POT HEADS OUTNUMBER WINOS


AUSTRALIANS spend more money on cannabis than they do on wine, according
to a new study.

Aussies are now believed to be among the world's heaviest users of the
drug, spending an estimated pounds 2.6billion a year, according to
research published yesterday by the universities of Western Australia.

Experts estimate Aussies spend an average pounds 150 a year on pot,
double what they spend on wine.
