US: A victory for marijuana users

Evidence presented at the Parker trial showed only that the substance works to the good of epileptics like Parker whose bodies do not respond to conventional treatments. For most of the rest of us, the evidence shows only that regular, moderate use of marijuana causes no physical or psychological harm. Sounds rather like a chalice of good wine.
