UK: Paul Daniels' son calls for legalisation of cannabis

Paul Daniels' son is backing calls for cannabis to be legalised for medical
use.

Paul Newton Daniels says the drug helps his respiratory problems and could
help other people.

Hartlepool Magistrates sentenced him to a 12 months community
rehabilitation order for growing 89 plants.

Daniels, of Hartlepool, told the Evening Gazette,"It did help me, which is
why I started.

"And if it helps me it must help some people - there have been other cases
where it has worked."
