BRITAIN has the worst teenage drug abuse problem in Europe, a report
claimed yesterday. More teens here have tried heroin, Ecstasy,
solvents and cannabis than anywhere else.

As many as 40 per cent have smoked cannabis, 20 per cent have tried
glue sniffing and two per cent have used heroin.

The EU drugs agency, who studied figures from England and Wales, found
Ecstasy less popular than in the early 90s.
