UK: MEPs on drug charges

Liberal Democrat MEP Chris Davies, of Oldham, and Marco
Cappato, MEP of the Italian Radical party, from Milan, were
committed for trial on March 15 at Manchester's Minshull
Street crown court on charges of possessing cannabis when
they appeared before Stockport magistrates yesterday.
