In a panel accompanying our report, Police chief scorns cannabis pilot critics, page
3, July 2, we said the majority of black and Asian residents opposed the Brixton
scheme. In fact, the Mori poll for the Police Foundation found that 7% of white
people, 10% of black people, and 7% of Asian people were against it.
