DUTCH-STYLE cannabis cafes could be on the way to Glasgow, an MP warned
yesterday.

Cathcart MP Tom Harris raised concerns over reports that two Dutch
companies are eyeing property in the city.

He said he supported the recent downgrading of cannabis to Class C but
added: "I want Strathclyde Police to give me an assurance that at the
first sign of such a cafe in Glasgow, they will come down on it like a
ton of bricks."
