Friday 14 Feb 2003 BRUSSELS - Belgium is set to permit the use of cannabis, following the passing of the country's new drugs law Thursday. Cannabis users will be allowed to have the drug for personal use, providing they possess no more than 5 grams. They are allowed to cultivate one cannabis plant.
