Dr Smith said on Wednesday that he had so far received about 20 cannabis joints in the mail over recent weeks - with three parcels arriving in the last week a lone - from people pushing for cannabis law reform. The MP has been leading a campaign with the School Trustees Association opposin g liberalisation, and said cannabis supporters had sent him hundreds of letters and e-mails along with the "starter kits" containing samples of the drug. "While it is a bit of a joke, it also shows just how accessible the drug is," D r Smith said.
