Attorney Brook Hart would not say what the conditions are, but generally a defendant agrees to stay out of trouble and abide by other conditions similar to [probation. The misdemeanor charge stemmed from a Jan. 11 incident in which Houston's handbag, allegedly containing half an ounce of marijuana, was seized by security at Keahole-Kona International Airport. Houston and her husband, Bobby Brown, boarded a flight before police arrived. She had faced 30 days in jail or a $1,000 fine. - --- MAP posted-by: Larry Stevens
