BELL BACKS POT FOR MEDICAL USE

MP Martin Bell has called for cannabis to be legalised to ease the suffering
of the terminally-ill and would vote for any such move if it came before the
Commons.

He said: "There are cases in which the use of cannabis is justified."

But he said he was against recreational use.
