Legislation dealing with cannabis use is expected to be introduced into the State Parliament later this year. Democrats Senator Brian Greig says the distinction between cannabis grown in either hydroponic or natural conditions is not made anywhere else in Australia and is impractical. "We Democrats believe that the law should be structured around not on, rather on how much is grown and not on how it is grown," Senator Greig said.
