Chamberlain Research of Madison conducted the poll of 600 adults statewide for a group called Is My Medicine Legal YET? The poll has a margin of error of plus or minus 4 percentage points. The Legislature Tuesday wrapped up its floor sessions for the year without passing a bill (AB 715) that would have legalized medical marijuana. "They shouldn't be withholding medicine for partisan reasons," said Gary Storck, a spokesman for the pro-medical marijuana group. - --- MAP posted-by: Josh
