UK: Calls for cannabis cafe owner to be freed

As cannabis is downgraded this morning, campaigners from the south are due
to gather outside Westminster.

They're calling for the owner of a cannabis cafe in West Sussex to be
released from prison. The drug is now officially considered to be class c -
the same as steroids and anti-depressants.
