Chocolate fudge

8oz (250g) block chocolate

3.5oz (100g) butter

(If the butter contains cannabis, it should have been mixed for at least=20
three days, a one-eighth ounce bag, finely ground, in a 1lb (500g)=20
container of butter)

1 sturdy baking bowl

1 pan

Fill pan with water and bring to the boil. Turn down heat to simmer, then=20
sit the bowl in the pan, making sure it touches the water.

Break up the chocolate and butter and add to the bowl, stirring all the=20
time. While it is melting, why not add another ingredient to the chocolate,=
=20
such as raisins, baby marshmallows, chopped glac=E9 cherries or nuts.

Keep stirring until the chocolate is melted, then pour into a shallow=20
greaseproof tin. Cool, then refrigerate to harden.
