FIGGY PUDDING WITH A LITTLE WEED

THIS recipe is from Weed World and is for information only - it is not intended for illegal activities.

Take 100g of butter soft all over and the same of brown sugar. Combine together like sweet lovers.

Gently add 300g of soft fine plain flour and half a teaspoon of white baking powder, a pinch of salt, two fresh eggs. Gradually mix in all with your sugar lover on its soft bed of flour.

Use 7g of good stinking weed dried and ground to a dust, using a Weed World herb grinder, with 200g of figgies chopped small as a must.

Mixed in all together with a generous splash of whisky. A simple dash of milk, this is all you will need to make your figgy pudding thrill.

When the mixture is thick and ready to pour, then slowly in she goes to a greased, medium heatproof bowl. Place in a pan of water half full, with a gentle heat to warm its bottom right through.

Cover tight with a lid tied with a paper hat. Leave no peek holes for the greedy cat.

Steam for two to two and a half hours, keeping your water bubbles in sight as it will soon burn if left to run dry. Once firm, with a spring in the middle, remove from the heat and allow it to cool. Then loosen from the sides and with luck it should come out whole.

Serves between eight to ten friends with custard or cream. Soon to feel an ear-to-eye grin, gently rolling into that solstice spin.

Wrapped tightly in foil and placed in a tin, this is a secret you can safely keep for a good few weeks.
